  • Projects Manager:

    A project manager is a person who has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. Construction, petrochemical, architecture, information technology and many different industries that produce products and services.

  • Duties And Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Minimum qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience

    PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus

  • Core Competency Requirements :
    • designing and applying appropriate project management standards for incorporation in the NI Gateway Review Process
    • managing the production of the required deliverables
    • adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures
    • preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required
    • managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
    • monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
    • applying change control and configuration management processes
    • reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments
    • maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
    • adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards
